Effective immediately the University title for William E. Farquhar has been changed from Director, Contract and Grant Administration to Assistant Vice President for Research. All proposals are submitted in the name of the University with the exception of those going to the Lilly Endowment which are submitted in the name of the Indiana University Foundation. There are also several contracts with periodic renewals that will be handled in the name of the Indiana University Foundation until they expire.
