As of June 1, 2000 Steven A. Martin was appointed as Assistant Vice President for Research. All proposals are submitted in the name of Indiana University with the exception of agencies such as the Lilly Endowment, which are required as a condition of eligibility to be submitted in the name of the Indiana University Foundation. 

Use the appropriate name, address, etc. when the name of the financial officer is required on proposals and related financial documents.
